Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

We warrant professional workmanship and materials. Covered: application defects and premature failure under normal use and proper maintenance.

2. Duration

Ceramic coating: 2–5 years. Paint protection film: 5–10 years. Exact period in your service agreement.

3. Exclusions

• Accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance.
• Normal wear, swirl marks, minor scratches.
• Pre-existing paint defects.
• Automated washes, abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals.
• Third-party repairs without approval.

4. Claims

1. Contact us within 14 days of discovery.
2. Provide details and photos.
3. We review and may inspect.
4. If valid: repair/reapply at no cost, or refund/credit.

5. Your Rights

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023, you have pre-contractual information and dispute rights. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 (identification) and Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Protection of Personal Data' dated 01.06.2010.
