03 / Scope
Film, coating and abrasive correction are quoted from the same inspection sheet: measured paint depth in µm, panel count, and how much trim has to come off first. Winter brine on the rockers and the underside from November to March decides whether correction is a separate line item or just prep before film.
| Factor | Effect |
|---|---|
| Vehicle size | Sedan is the base. Crossover adds 2 400 UAH, a large SUV 5 800 UAH in labour. |
| Paint condition | Light swirls: 6 h of correction. Deep scratches and etched water marks: up to 18 h. |
| Prior repainting | Resprayed panels take a softer pad and more passes, usually 2 to 4 h extra, quoted after a depth reading. |
| Paint type | Soft clearcoat needs a different pad and polish set than hard German finishes. |
| Trim removal | Bumpers, mirrors and badges off for wrapped edges: 1 800 UAH. |
03 / Ceramic coating
Film thickness below is reading on a cured, fully flashed panel, not wet film at application. Durability is the window we will honour in writing, at the mileage a Kyiv daily driver actually covers.
| Tier | Layers | Cured film | Durability | Warranty | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ceramic 2 | 1 layer | 1.5 µm | 24 months | 24 months | UAH 18,400 |
| Ceramic 5 | 2 layers | 3.0 µm | 60 months | 60 months | UAH 29,700 |
| Ceramic 7 | 3 layers | 4.5 µm | 84 months | 84 months | UAH 41,200 |
Coating lowers surface energy, so washing gets quicker and water beads longer. It does not stop a rock chip from a TIR truck, and it does not make paint scratch-proof. For the nose, hood edge and rockers between November and March, the paint protection film spec covers what ceramic cannot. Full terms sit in the warranty detail.

Film thickness is 200 µm on every tier below, verified after installation. Figures are starting prices in UAH for a mid-size sedan; SUV and estate bodies add 8 to 15 percent.
| Coverage | Panels | Film µm | Warranty mo | From UAH |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Front bumper | Bumper and lower lip | 200 | 60 | 12 400 |
| Partial front | Bumper, 60 cm hood, wings, mirrors | 200 | 60 | 21 900 |
| Full front | Bumper, full hood, wings, mirrors, lights, A-pillars | 200 | 84 | 38 500 |
| Track pack | Full front plus rockers, rear arches, roof edge | 200 | 84 | 54 200 |
| Full body | All painted panels, gloss or matte film | 200 | 120 | 128 000 |
Each tier includes a paint depth reading in µm before and after. Terms are listed in the warranty detail block.

Six stages, always the same sequence. Nothing is applied before the surface beneath it has been measured and written down, and every stage closes with a figure you can read on the handover sheet.
Paint depth is logged in µm across every panel, with chips, swirls and prior respray marked on the sheet. Panels under 90 µm are excluded from abrasive work before we touch them.
Wash, tar and iron removal, then clay. On cars that ran through winter brine between November and March the rockers and underside get a second pass, because bonded salt holds grit that a mitt will drag.
Machine polishing in one or two stages, test spot first, gloss read at 60 degrees before and after. A single-stage pass typically moves a neglected panel from 62 GU to 88 GU; a two-stage correction targets 91 GU or better.
Paint protection film is laid wet on the nose, mirrors and rockers at 200 µm total thickness; on the ceramic package the body receives a 9H coating measured after cure at 3 to 5 µm. Film wants a dry bay, coating wants a dust-free one, and they are never applied in the same hour.
The car sits in the bay at a held temperature so the film adhesive settles and the coating cross-links. Wrapping over sharp edges is limited to panels without tight compound curves; on those we stop the film at the panel line rather than stretch it into a lift later.
You receive the depth and thickness readings, the gloss figures, the coverage map and the warranty document for your tier. Wash swirled finishes, impact damage and automatic brush washes are excluded, and that is stated on the same page, not on request.
Lead time from booking is usually 3 to 5 working days.

Each tier is a duration plus the conditions that keep it valid. Coating film thickness is measured in µm after curing at three readings per panel; paint depth is logged in µm before any abrasive step, so a claim can be compared against the intake record rather than argued from memory.
| Tier | Covered | Duration | Inspection |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ceramic 2-year | Loss of hydrophobic behaviour; coating delamination not caused by impact. | 24 months | 12 months |
| Ceramic 5-year | As above, plus gloss retention below 78 GU on panels with intact film. | 60 months | 12 months |
| PPF partial front | Bubbling, lifting or yellowing of the film itself on covered panels. | 60 months | 12 months |
| PPF full body | As above, plus edge lift and seam failure on wrapped panels. | 84 months | 12 months |

Thirty minutes on site records paint depth in µm, gloss in GU and any prior respray on every panel. You leave with the readings and a written recommendation, whether or not you book any work afterwards.
